- Pieces of veal meat are placed on a tall vertical spit which turns in front of a source of heat. When is done, the meat is sliced vertically in thin crispy shavings.
- Served as gyros plate.
- Also served into pita (pie) with tomato, onions, tzatziki and parsley filling, or other sauces preffered.
